Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition — including packaging.
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened hot sauce bottles cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used hot sauce bottles
- Items not in their original packaging or condition
All returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to post.
- Contact your bank — processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact: info@volcanicdino-sauce.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
